A Call for Older and Wiser Audiences 60+
Would you like to be part of the BOO International Short Film Festival and help decide which short film will win the BOO Award for Older and Wiser audiences? We invite audiences aged 60+ to join the festival jury, which will watch and judge a selection of contemporary European short films together.
The BOO International Short Film Festival takes place from November 2 to 8, 2026, in Prague and showcases contemporary short films from across Europe. Alongside public screenings, it brings together audiences of different generations with filmmakers and gives them an active role in deciding the festival awards.
What awaits you
You’ll watch a selection of European short films with Czech subtitles – ranging from award-winning films at major festivals to new discoveries chosen especially for BOO.
As members of the jury, you’ll have a real say in deciding which film wins the BOO Award for Older and Wiser audiences.
The programme will also include a group discussion and space for sharing impressions and thoughts.

Please complete the registration form as soon as possible – places are limited. (Registration is valid once confirmed by the organiser.)
Participation is free of charge.
