Help Us Select the Winner of the 15+BOO Competition at the BOO International Short Film Festival!
Are you between 15 and 19 years old? Do you love movies and want to experience a film festival from the other side? Sign up to be part of a unique festival jury that will select the winner of the 15+BOO category from a selection of current short films from around the world.
On Saturday, November 7, a special screening for the audience jury will take place at Kino Kavalírka (Plzeňská 210, Prague 5). You’ll enjoy an exclusive lineup of short films, which you’ll judge together with the other jury members – your peers. The winning film will then be honored at the festival awards ceremony.
➤ The number of jury spots is limited, so a selection process is underway. If you’re selected, we’ll let you know in advance via email.

Accompanying Film Curation Workshop
We’ll break up the intensive film programme with a workshop focused on film selection and curation. We’ll learn how to define our own criteria for taste and lead discussions about film.
The program will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
We recommend bringing a snack with you.
Confirmation of Participation
If we select you for the jury, we’ll send you an email with next steps. This includes a small participation fee of 199 CZK. Your spot on the jury will only be definitively confirmed once this fee has been paid.
